Privacy notice.

ADIXIT & ASSOCIATES (also listed as A. Dixit & Associates) is a debt collection and recovery agency, a proprietorship led by Abhilash Dixit. This notice covers this website, adixitandassociates.com.

The enquiry form (the Contact page): company name, your name, email address, phone number, the service you are asking about and your message. All of these are required to send the form.

The job application form (the Jobs page): your full name, email address, phone number, the position, your experience and a cover note, all required, and optionally a résumé (a PDF, DOC or DOCX file up to 5 MB). A résumé holds whatever you put in it. Please leave out identity-document numbers, bank details and health information; we do not need them to consider an application.

Server records. When any page is requested, our web server notes the date and time, the page, your IP address, your browser’s user-agent text and the response. We use this to keep the site secure and working and to see which search engines and other crawlers visit.

The site does not use analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and its pages do not load anything from such services.

• Enquiry details: to reply to you and to discuss the work you ask about.
• Application details and résumé: to consider you for a role and to contact you about it.
• Server records: security, fixing faults and understanding crawler traffic.

We do not use these details to send newsletters or marketing.

Submissions are saved on the server that runs this site. They can be read only by us, through a password-protected console that has a single administrator login.

A copy of each enquiry or application may also be emailed to the firm’s own mailbox, adixitandassociates@gmail.com, through an email service. Whether that is switched on at any time, the submission is saved on the server either way.

We do not sell personal information.

• Enquiries and applications stay on the server until we delete them. The site does not delete them on a timer. Deleting an application also deletes the résumé attached to it.
• A résumé you uploaded but did not submit with an application is deleted automatically after 48 hours.
• Backups. The database is backed up every night and each backup is kept for 14 days. If we delete something, a copy can remain in a backup until that backup expires.
• Server records are kept in rotating files for at most 30 days.

The site does not set cookies for visitors. Its pages use your browser’s session storage for two small flags that are cleared when you close the tab: whether the loading screen has already played, and whether your device passed a graphics check for the animated display. Neither holds personal information.

The administrator console, which only we use, keeps a sign-in token in the browser.

The site links to Google Maps, Justdial and WhatsApp. Opening a link takes you to that service, which has its own privacy policy. If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp handles that message.

The site is served over HTTPS. The administrator password is stored hashed, and sign-in attempts, form submissions and uploads are rate-limited. Uploads are limited to PDF, DOC and DOCX files of up to 5 MB. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise that information can never be accessed by someone who should not.

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can withdraw permission for us to keep using it. Write to adixitandassociates@gmail.com or call +91 98261 72557, and tell us which enquiry or application it is. We will reply as soon as we reasonably can.

Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, may give you rights over your personal data, such as access, correction and erasure, and a way to complain.

This notice is about this website. Information we handle in recovery and verification work for banks and NBFCs is handled under those clients’ instructions, policies and agreements, not under this notice. The site is for businesses and job applicants and is not aimed at children.

When what the site does with personal information changes, we update this page and the date at its top.
